FinON ("the Service") is an AI-powered financial research platform operated by VectorQ Lab. The Service provisions dedicated virtual machines running AI agents that assist with financial research, analysis, and information retrieval. Important: FinON is a research and informational tool only. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management services. All investment and financial decisions are solely your responsibility.
By creating an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys. • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. • Use only one account per individual or organization unless otherwise agreed. Each subscription includes a dedicated virtual machine and custom subdomain (e.g., yourname.finon.ai). You may not share, resell, or sublicense access to your instance without prior written consent.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. • Free Trial: New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charge will be applied. • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current rate. • LLM Credit Budget: Each plan includes a monthly budget for AI model usage. Usage beyond the included budget requires purchasing additional credit top-ups. • Top-ups: Credit top-ups are non-refundable one-time payments that are added to your account balance. • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your agent will be archived. • Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. • Generate, store, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights. • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any safety guardrails, rate limits, or security measures. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service. • Use the Service to build a competing product or service. • Conduct automated scraping, data mining, or denial-of-service attacks against the Service or connected APIs. • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as certified financial advice, legal counsel, or professional recommendations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
• Conversation Data: Messages exchanged with your AI agents are stored on your dedicated instance. We do not access your conversation data except for debugging purposes with your explicit consent. • Third-Party AI Providers: The Service routes requests to third-party large language model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Groq, Anthropic). Your prompts and agent interactions may be processed by these providers subject to their respective privacy policies. • Account Data: We collect and store your email address, subscription status, and usage metrics in our database (hosted on Supabase) for account management and billing purposes. • Analytics: We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage statistics to improve the Service. • Data Deletion: Upon account termination, your dedicated instance and associated data will be archived and deleted within 30 days. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support.
• Our IP: The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by VectorQ Lab and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service. • Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. • AI Outputs: Outputs generated by AI agents are provided "as-is." We make no claim of ownership over AI-generated outputs, nor do we guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. • We are not liable for any financial losses, investment decisions, or trading outcomes based on information obtained through the Service. • Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• By You: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if continued provision of the Service becomes impractical. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. • Effect: Upon termination, your dedicated VM will be archived. You will retain access to exported data for 30 days after termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
